To Direct and Supervise Engineers, Executives, Supervisors and Technicians concerned with all Service & Maintenance, Service Sale, Modernisation etc.
To Assure Teams are on the Job and Productive.
To be Responsible for all aspects of service business for a dynamic, growing elevator company, including maintenance cost management, growth and billable repair sales and supervision.
To maintain no service related complaints for overall equipment’s (lifts and escalators).
To Maintain customer quality assurance, emphasis on safety, managing the expenditure of labor and materials
To organize the team to perform for field maintenance and contractual service operations.
To review on daily basis and perform routine preventative maintenance
To address safety related issues without any delay.
To initiate immediate action for emergency maintenance repairs apart from normal working hours with assigned team members.
To Order and sustain inventory spare parts and supplies as per requirement.
To synchronize the efforts between management and subordinates for preventive maintenance, call backs, repairs and replacements as per company strategies.
To ensure Company ethics and procedures are implemented and monitored.
To ensure that company standards for the performance of maintenance functions are consistently preserved.
To provide direction, guidance, and supervision to all maintenance staff.
To maintain accurate records as required by regulation or company operating protocols.
To handle the manpower and access their skills and performance.
To Develop and Maintain strong relationship with Customers / Clients.
Contract Closing and Follow up with Clients for Payments.
To look after the queries from customers and speedy executions
To plan, direct and prioritizes jobs including manpower needs.
To impart technical training to field staff
